The backbone of what we do. A consistent technician learns your pool — how fast your salt cell drifts, which corner the screen cage drops leaves into, how your heater behaves in January. Weekly is what nearly every heavily used pool in The Place at Corkscrew and Verdana Village needs; biweekly suits lightly used or covered pools.
- Skim, brush walls, steps and tile line, vacuum as needed
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets, check filter pressure
- Test and balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer and salt
- All standard chemicals included in your flat rate
- Equipment glance-over with a note if something looks off
