Verdana Village is one of the newest communities on Corkscrew Road, with roughly 2,400 Lennar and Pulte homes still filling in east of I-75. Our Kingston route is growing right alongside the community as it fills in.

Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club is an established, upscale community built around an Arnold Palmer-designed course, with golf-course estates, villas and condos across its roughly 600 acres. We tailor service to the pool — full weekly care for larger estate pools and spas, efficient routes for smaller villa and condo pools. Residents here expect reliability, so you keep the same technician, never a rotating crew.
