Questions we get from families
Do we need to be home during the service visit?
No. Most families give us a gate code and access to the pool enclosure, and we service while everyone is at school and work. We leave a note on what was done and flag anything you should know about.
How soon can the kids swim after you dose the pool?
For normal weekly dosing, right away — levels are kept in the safe swimming range. After a heavy shock treatment we'll tell you to wait, usually a few hours, and we'll leave a note so nobody guesses.
Are chemicals included or billed separately?
Included. Chlorine, acid, stabilizer, salt and normal balancing chemicals are part of your flat weekly rate. Specialty treatments like phosphate remover or stain products are quoted before we use them.
Can we pause service while we travel?
You can, though we usually recommend against it in summer — two missed weeks in July is how pools turn green. There are no contracts, so pause, skip or change frequency any time.
