Why this page exists
Built for how your home actually runs
Villas in Stoneybrook, Magnolia and Venice plans in Verdana Village, condos at Wildcat Run and The Preserve — smaller screened pools and spas that still need the same chemistry discipline as a big estate pool, just less of it.
A lightly used pool is not a low-maintenance pool. Sun burns off chlorine at the same rate, rain still dilutes, and a pool that mostly sits can scale at the tile line and stain the finish if nobody is watching the numbers.
We price these pools for what they are instead of applying an estate rate, and we service on a set weekday so you come home to water that's simply ready.
Sounds like you?
- ✓You have a smaller screened pool, spa or plunge pool
- ✓Long work days leave no appetite for pool chores
- ✓You entertain and want the water clear on short notice
- ✓You'd rather not handle chlorine or acid at all
- ✓You want one flat number, not a running meter
- ✓You'd like the pool watched even when you barely use it
The short list
7 reasons a small pool still deserves weekly service
Two-person households in the Corkscrew corridor almost always ask whether they can go every other week. Here is what actually happens at this size of pool.
- 01
Sun doesn't care how big the pool is
Southwest Florida UV burns off free chlorine every day, in a plunge pool as fast as in an estate pool. Smaller water volume actually swings faster, which is why weekly checks keep small pools more stable, not less.
- 02
Less use means more scale, not less
Pools that mostly sit still evaporate and concentrate calcium. Left alone, that shows up as a chalky ring at the tile line and rough patches on the steps — expensive to remove, cheap to prevent.
- 03
Nothing to store, nothing to handle
No jugs in the garage, no acid fumes, no guessing at a test strip in the driveway after work. It's the part most couples say they'd pay for on its own.
- 04
The price matches the pool
We quote by pool size, features and frequency instead of a flat community rate, so a small screened villa pool costs meaningfully less than a 30,000-gallon estate pool with a spa and heater.
- 05
Entertaining stops being a gamble
Friends over Friday, family passing through on the way to Naples — clear water is simply the default rather than something you hope holds until the weekend.
- 06
Nobody has to be home
Most of our couples give us gate access and never see us. Set service day, note left after each visit, and a message if anything needs your attention.
- 07
It flexes with your calendar
Travelling for a month, closing the house for summer, hosting for a season — move to biweekly or seasonal and back again without a contract or a penalty.

Good to know
Questions we get from couples & professionals
Is a villa or condo pool cheaper than an estate pool?
Yes. We price by water volume, features like spas and heaters, and frequency rather than a flat community rate, so a small screened villa pool is meaningfully less than a large estate pool on the same schedule.
Can we go every other week to save money?
Sometimes — a screened pool with a good salt system and light use can work biweekly in the cooler months. We'll tell you honestly whether your pool can hold, because a failed biweekly experiment costs more than the weekly rate we saved you.
Do you service the spa too?
Yes. Attached spas are included as part of the pool service; separate standalone spas and hot tubs are quoted individually since they need their own chemistry pass.
What if we're away for the whole summer?
We keep servicing while you're gone — that's the stretch pools are most likely to go green. Many of our part-time owners keep weekly service year-round precisely for that reason.
