Why this page exists

Built for how your home actually runs

A pool that sits for six or seven months in Southwest Florida does not pause. Heat, rain, pollen and phosphates keep working on it, and a pool left alone through a summer is a green-to-clean recovery waiting to happen — often with a stained finish that no chemistry can undo.

Seasonal owners in Corkscrew Shores, Wildcat Run, The Preserve and Corkscrew Estates mostly want the same three things: clear water the day they land, dependable weekly service while they're in residence, and someone keeping the pool alive while they're away.

We build that as one plan with one quote so you're not arranging it in pieces from a thousand miles away.

Sounds like you?

  • You're here part of the year and away the rest
  • You've arrived to cloudy or green water before
  • You want the pool swim-ready the day you land
  • You'd like someone local watching the equipment
  • Coordinating from up north is a hassle every year
  • You want one quote covering the whole year

The short list

7 things a seasonal pool plan takes off your plate

The difference between arriving to a pool and arriving to a project. Here is what our seasonal owners stop worrying about.

  1. 01

Arrival day is a swim, not a recovery

The arrival startup is timed to your flight, not to a convenient day for us. Water balanced, filter cleaned, spa checked and heater tested in the days before you land, so the first evening is in the pool rather than on the phone.

  2. 02

The off-season doesn't ruin the finish

Unattended water etches plaster, stains pebble finishes and scales the tile line within a single summer. Continuing service while you're away is dramatically cheaper than the surface work that neglect eventually requires.

  3. 03

Storm debris gets cleared, not composted

A screened cage full of storm debris and a basket packed solid puts strain on the pump and dumps organics into the water. Someone clearing that within the week is what keeps a closed-up pool from going over.

  4. 04

    Equipment gets exercised and watched

Pumps and salt cells fail from sitting as much as from running. We keep the system cycling correctly and catch a leak, a tripped breaker or a failing motor while you can still approve a repair calmly from up north.

  5. 05

In-season service runs without you organizing it

Weekly visits on a set day with the same technician while you're in residence — including the stretches when family and guests are using the pool daily.

  6. 06

One plan, one quote, one contact

Arrival startup, in-season weekly service and off-season maintenance quoted together before you fly down. No coordinating three vendors across a time zone.

  7. 07

    Next season it's already arranged

Once we know your pattern, we carry it forward. Send your dates each year and everything else stays in place — no re-explaining the pool, no starting over with a new company.

Good to know

Questions we get from seasonal owners

How far in advance should we book the arrival startup?

Two to three weeks is comfortable, and earlier is better for December and January arrivals — that's the busiest stretch of the year in these communities. Send your dates as soon as you book the flights.

Can we stop service entirely while we're away?

You can, but we'd rather talk you out of it. A Florida pool left alone through summer usually needs a green-to-clean recovery and sometimes surface work, which costs far more than the off-season visits would have.

How do you get to the pool when we're not in Florida?

Gate access is already arranged with these associations. For the enclosure, most owners give us a code or leave a key with the association or a neighbor. Whatever you already have set up usually works.

Will you tell us if something breaks while we're north?

Same day, with photos and a quote. Nothing beyond routine service gets done without your approval, so you're never surprised by an invoice when you land.
